We now believe this property is landlocked (no actual road frontage) and has access only by an easement for ingress and egress. The easement is attached on the “Documents” tab. Based on this information we don’t believe the lost can be split as it currently exists. Please keep in mind that we only provided the information we have knowledge of. It is the buyer’s responsibility to do their own due diligence prior to bidding on this real estate.

We also believe the actual size of this parcel is 1.361 acres.

A) All Bidders MUST sign the ONLINE AUCTION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF TERMS & CONDITIONS prior to bidding.

B) The real estate sells ’AS IS.’

C) The successful bidder will be contacted at the conclusion of the auction for arrangements to obtain electronic signature/s and tendering of the required $20,000 earnest money deposit via wire transfer.

D) Buyer to proceed to close within (30) days of the auction.
