A) All Bidders MUST sign the ONLINE AUCTION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF TERMS & CONDITIONS prior to bidding.

B) The real estate sells ’AS IS.’

C) The successful bidder will be contacted at the conclusion of the auction for arrangements to obtain electronic signature/s and tendering of the required $20,000 earnest money deposit via wire transfer.

D) Buyer to proceed to close within (30) days of the auction.

E) There is a 10.0% Buyer’s Premium charged to the Buyer & collected at the close.
